From early education to teen development, the Y offers programs for children to learn, grown and thrive.
In early education, children learn and grow through creative curriculum and exceptional care. Once in our school age programs, they get the support they need inside and outside of the classroom, make friends and become future leaders.
Infant, Todder & Preschool:
Infants and toddlers develop trust and security while preschoolers experience early literacy and learn about their world. We know that having quality, dependable care is important for working families. Care is also available during school vacation weeks, early release days, snow days and other school breaks. Everyone belongs at the Y, regardless of income, ask about Flexible Pricing. All of our programs are licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Early Education and Care.
Before & After School:
Our before and after school programs are fun, educational experiences that help children develop self-confidence, interpersonal relationships, positive values, and academic achievement while building a sense of community. For School Administrators:
With decades of experience, our 7 YMCA locations partner with dozens of elementary schools to provide quality before and afterschool child care during the school year. Children can apply what they are learning in school in a fun environment while they engage with friends and explore. Our highly trained and qualified staff members remain committed to supporting the educational, social, and emotional development of the children in the 25 cities and towns we service.
